***worldwide – we ship to most countries of the world, but some restrictions may apply from time to time on specific destinations. Please note that shipping delays are expected due the COVID-19 pandemic outback.

Megemeria will not be responsible for any vat and or taxes and or customs duty and or surcharges imposed by the customer’s country. For further information, please consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.

If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact our customer service.

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange & Return Policy.

However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason we provide a 30 day money back guarantee on items purchased through this website. The original sales receipt is required for all returns. Items being returned must be in the same condition as at the time of sale and in their original packaging. Jewelry that has been custom ordered, resized or altered in any way is non-refundable. After the 30 days have elapsed, refunds will not be granted unless the item is defective. Certain restrictions and exemptions may apply.

WARRANTIES

Great care is taken by our artisans to craft each and every piece of Megemeria jewelry to the highest standards. We stand behind our products and are therefore happy to offer a warranty on all jewelry for 6 months from date of purchase.

Megemeria reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.  

A refund for a cancelled transaction is allowed within two business days from the day of purchase.

The item can be exchanged at one of the chain’s branches or through website within fourteen days from the day of purchase. The receipt must be shown.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price or displayed for products on any Megemeria  item represents the full retail price listed on the product itself.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced.
